'Polladhavan' starring Dhanush and Divya Spandana turned out to be a smash hit in the year 2007. The actor was mighty impressed with the film and the directorial excellence of Vetri Maaran so much so that he was adamant to team up with the director for another film. Dhanush had told the press at that time that he was keen to work with the 'Polladhavan' team for another film.titles"Kutti"

Shreya, The actress who is making waves on a national scale was signed up by Kathiresan in the month of January saying that her project with Dhanush will start in March and go on well into April. She had allocated her dates accordingly, but then a stoic silence prevailed in context to the project

Dhanush has signed for his next movie ‘Kutty’. Shriya plays a lead lady in this movie. Directed by Mithran R. Jawahar, who previously gave the hit ‘Yaaradi Nee Mohini’ with Dhanudh. Music has been scored by Telugu movie music king Devi Sri Prasad.

The movie is the remake of Telugu super hit ‘Aarya’ starring Allu Arjun. We hope that Gemini Film Circuit will definitely gain the name and money through Dhanush’s Kutty. The main story line of Kutty is a care-free guy with positive attitude. He falls in love with Shriya Saran at the first sight. He proposes her in front of her boyfriend. She bluntly refuses. The rest of the film is all about how he wins Geetha with his attitude and positive outlook. The movie is almost completed and expected to grace the theaters in June while the audio is expected to be launched mid May

It has been confirmed by some sources in Kollywood that Jaggubhai will hit the screens on December 11th. This Sarath Kumar-Shriya Saran starrer has been in the cans for several months though the filming had been completed.
