Unfortunately, there is no magic pill to get back to shape in 30 days. But, you can give it a shot using various fitness programs out there. Are you planning to get married in 30 days or what?
Perhaps, you can reach your goal in 60 days if you are disciplined and determined. I would recommend this program called "Insanity" that will get you the results for sure, but it is tough. Also, "P90X" is a great workout program that can give you the results in 90 days if you stick to it. But, diet and nutrition plays a big role. If you are stressed out, not getting 8 hours of quality sleep, and eating junk foods, then it is going to take a very long time for you to get results.
To start with, don't jump in to a program without doing some research. I would highly recommend reading the book "The New Abs Diet for Women: The Six-Week Plan to Flatten Your Stomach and Keep You Lean for Life" to get all the information you need to get your fitness journey started.
